Can we pack food in the PLR Boxes?
Absolutely!! Make sure you pack non-perishable foods such as canned goods or packet items. Check the expiry dates and keep in mind the travel time to the destination in the Philippines.
How much does it cost to send a box?
The cost varies depending on where you are sending your box.
Please check out our box pricelist.
Is there a weight limit?
No there's no weight limit, but we ask that you kindly keep in mind not to pack a box full of canned goods as this is just too heavy for our reps to manage and lift with a trolley.
What size is the PLR box?
Our box size is 58cm x 47cm x 64cm
Can I send TV's and/or White goods?
Yes you can! This is priced the same as the odd size boxes. Additional costs may apply due to insurance.
What items are not allowed to send in the PLR boxes?
Definitely any illegal drugs, explosives or firearms are probihited.

Do you accept boxes that are not PLR boxes?
Yes we do and we accept any odd sized boxes.
The cost is based on the measurements of the box. In order to get correct pricing we need the dimensions of the box (L x W x H) as well as the destination you want to send your box.
How do I fill out the Shipper's Declaration?
The shipper's declaration is a form that we send to customs to declare goods you send in the box. You must complete this form in as much detail as possible. Be sure to have this ready when we collect your box.
